Owen Elite Training (OET) is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information, such as name, contact details, and payment information, solely for the purpose of scheduling and providing training sessions. Your information is never shared with third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized by you. Any media captured during training sessions may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to your first session.

Terms & Conditions

Services Provided: OET offers private and small-group soccer training sessions as scheduled by mutual agreement. Training sessions are conducted at designated locations.

Payment & Cancellation: Payment must be made in full before the start of each session or package. Clients must provide 24-hour notice for cancellations; otherwise, the session may be forfeited. Refunds are only issued in emergency situations, as determined by OET.

Liability Waiver: Participation in training carries inherent risks. By engaging in OET sessions, clients (or their guardians) assume all risks and release OET, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from injuries or damages.

Media Consent: Clients may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. Those who do not wish to be included must submit a written opt-out request prior to their first session.

Code of Conduct: Clients must respect trainers, follow safety instructions, and maintain a professional attitude. OET reserves the right to terminate services for misconduct.

Termination of Services: OET may terminate services due to non-payment, violations of the code of conduct, or breaches of terms.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, and any disputes will be resolved in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Refund Policy

All payments for training sessions must be made in full prior to the session. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions unless an emergency occurs, as determined by OET. Clients must notify OTE at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling; failure to do so may result in a forfeited session. In cases where OET cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduled session will be provided.
By engaging with OET services, clients agree to the above policies and terms.
